Merry Christmas! The new Dragon Rulers support looks promising, I still have one of my Dragon Ruler tins from 2013 to this day but I'm also looking forward to the new Blue-Eyes deck
First of all, enjoy your christmas/New Year's everybody! As for the "question for the video"- I'd think of the Forest cards, but also I'd love to cook up some new techs for traptrix/scareclaw/mannadium, even if we don't know of them yet 😅
Happy holidays!! Frankly I'm looking at dragon rulers and seeing if there's any possible way to break the primite engine outside of the blue-eyes realm. We'll see if it pans out 😅
Looking forward to getting the new azamina stuff for my white forest deck for YCS Birmingham 🙂 (the new mulcharmy is also a shout as it counters maliss)
I don’t want to sound rude but a lot cards you have mentioned have already sky rocketed. Picking it up now is expensive unless it intends to go up even more or you need it for competitive play. If more players can think for themselves and understand good cards, they won’t be late to the party. People think straight away about meta cards meta cards and neglect others which have potential.
@@WilliamZhang123 totally valid. Some of these cards have a mixture of rarities. So if you’re more budget and interested in that archetype there’s something for you. Luckily yugioh has been super aggressive with reprints the last couple years so anything that has gone up I’m sure they will be reprinted soon. For example I wouldn’t be too hasty to pick up live twin cores because I can see those cards getting rarity collection 4 treatment. But the market is defo full of people who have fomo and want to buy quick. I like chat about archetypes, meta cards, staples. I learn a lot making these videos and having discourse with peeps. I hope I found some cards that aren’t being talked about, but maybe a little late to the party on others. It’s always gunna be hard not to be late to the party unfortunately, there’s a massive card pool and loads of new decks. I’m gutted I missed out on playing spright when it was full power and the same for unchained.
@@CharltonTCG The problem is that a lot of people keep up to date with the news and as something new gets announced, boom! The cards get bought out already, which drives the prices up. That is something we can’t see coming as we don’t know which archetype Konami intends to support. However, cards like dominus purge and primite lordly lode were pretty obvious if people even “read” or “gave it a chance”. For the price it was at in the beginning, it was a steal.
@ the issue is people impulsively buying because of the news. I feel a lot do it to flip cards. I’m trying to stay away from that mindset and help others with what cool archetypes are coming out. Like 2025 all I’m focused on is getting everything prepped for Jurrac to play, not flip.
@ maybe what’s missing on this platform is talking about cards that have potential to be staples or get support etc. unfortunately it’s hard to predict and compete and keeping up with the news
I’ve defo missed out cardboard! If so jump in the comments and let me know your top pick ups for 2025! 😊
Red Eyes for sure needs help....
