why can't it work if the sequence is longer than 50-70 amino acids?
Hi there, apology for late reply, If the sequence of Polypeptide chain is longer then 50-70 amino acids, then chances of this polypeptide to convert back in to tertiary and quaternary structures are higher even in the presence of chemicals.
How many methods do we have?
We have Sanger method for n terminal and different methods for c terminal. Will discuss soon
