In sentence 5. резервировать отель по интернету, we are using the imperfective verb резервировать from the imperfective/perfective pair резервировать/зарезервировать. Also, note that отель is masculine.

In sentence 10. она по глупости обиделась, we have the feminine word глупость (=stupidity) which, in the dative (after the preposition по), gives глупости. The verb here is the perfective обидеться (=to be offended), which belongs to the imperfective/perfective pair обижаться/обидеться.

My understanding is that, concerning sentence 6, по-русски is not using the preposition по as по-русски is an adverb. Maybe etymologically it comes from the preposition по, but it is an adverb.

Its easy, по in those examples means by, so something we use to fulfill an action. По + dative:
