If developers were really proactive in Ghana, Kasoa would be their go to choice for real estate. Accra is chocked and now people really want somewhere really cool and out of the city . Kasoa is very peaceful too and the land there is very good for development of any kind project.

Kasoa’s population dier, it’s way more than the figure quoted (44k) in this video. But overall great content.
Nice Video- pricing in cedis is great but accompanying that with the $ equivalent on the screen will help Diasporans who may struggle with the conversion rate from cedi to dollars.
