After visiting ghana for over 17 years I personally would stay away from beach front as the coastal lines have changed so much. Just look at the huge sea defence walls being built in Cape coast to protect the shoreline and local communities 😢

Too much scams in Ghana where land is concerned. Land ownership too complex and too much corruption at the land office. I'd be afraid to buy anything there.

Yep that's what I was told by an African colleague from Zimbabwe. She has to plant on her plot and build a fence. Ensure proper documentation as there are people who will sell the land twice. The Chief!

This is the Atlantic Ocean and is rough to swim. Actually people shouldn’t develop the land close to the beach. The price asking for is insane.

@@AfricanUSA-th9ov yes, very same ocean the Portuguese, Dutch and English pulled up ashore in Cape coast and surrounding to take our ancestors through the door of no return,if you were from Jamaica like me,then you would know that one can go swimming 4am in the morning, all that ocean mist will be enveloping your property, make sure you don't use metal, you will always have maintainance to do.
