I live in Memphis and this is a huge problem. Thanks for the video I will definitely be doing this when the trash gets emptied next Friday. It Friday right now and it’s already full because my f***ing neighbors already filled the whole thing up and the top won’t even close to be able to put the lock on. Usual Memphis experience though….nothing but bad neighbors.
Having same problem with my neibours. When I was putting on the lock installing she came out said what are you doing lol She has a house above my flat with lots family in it, there abusing the bins not the other todo there struggling for space especially now I’ve numbered nine and locked it. the bin men coming tomorrow, soo unlock tonight It’s funny how she came flying out all negative she and her family guilty party
my neighbor has been throwing coffee cups and random tissues into my recycling bin and now my bin smells like coffee, has a lot of coffee stains. thank you for sharing this video, Sir. I am going to find a power drill and a bicycle lock now
