RIP Jennifer and Echo. How horrible that her friend found her in that state. She is fortunate tahy Tyler didnt go after her as well. What a great 911 operator.
His sister is wrong. Tyler was a danger to society, period. He should never have been allowed to live in the public and should have been permanently institutionalized. Sadly, two innocents, his mother and her poor dog, were brutally murdered for our country's soft approach to serious mental health. May he never see the light of day.
Yikes, tell me you know little about mental health struggles. You realize there are many, many more successful ppl who have done well out of institutions. Where do you draw the line to institutionalize. You realize that this system used to be abused to put ppl away.
Basically easy for you to say that in hindsight but many countless more innocent would be put in an unfair situation. It would be the equivalent of saying no one should have freedom because some ppl become murderers.
I hate when people use the excuse they done something bad because they have schizophrenia. My mother has schizophrenia and it wasn't actually known when I was a child so for 45 years she was unmedicated and also an alcoholic. She heard voices the entire time and she never once tried to hurt anyone. And I know what her voices say and it's bad but still she didn't try to kill anyone
Guys like this make me believe in the dth penalty. Everyone will suffer with this guy anywhere near them. There's no rehabilitation for this guy. Advocating for someone who will do that to his mother and dog and have an erection afterwards and continually go to the toilet in his pants and talk about witchcraft, blaming his mother for what he did.. etc.. He could pretend to be sane for a while just to get out, when he clearly never will be. He is a danger to everyone around him.
Yeah, but state hospitals were literally killing hundreds a year with over prescribing and doing terrible medical procedures on people. Too easy to look in hindsight and say what you said. So many more have lived blessed lives that would have been taken away with state hospitals in place.
@@Sportfury4400He is on disability, which means he gets state Medicare. To be prescribed those medications, I'm sure he has a psychiatrist. It is up to the patient to adhere to the medication regimen and to attend follow-up appointments. The patient also needs to let the doctor know if the medicine is not working. The doctor isn't a psychic. If he was not able to schedule his own appointments, communicate his issues, or adhere, then someone should have taken power of attorney. However, that point is moot because we all have free will, and he decided not to take the medicine and not to seek further help to remedy the situation. There's also the option of finding another provider if that was the issue or discussing switching medication. I'm speaking from experience. I'm on disability but not due to mental illness. I see a psychiatrist, and it is my responsibility as a patient to adhere to the regimen and inform my doctor of any symptoms, changes, and interactions.

After the friend saw the son naked and also realized the dog was motionless, why would see continue walking into the house after she realized something must be wrong?

I walked into someone's house and my friend was dead on the bed. Paramedics said she'd been there at least 6 hours. Two guys were in the room smoking meth and acting like they thought she was just sleeping. I was screaming and so confused. It was like an alternate universe
I’ve watched hundreds probably more near the thousands of the 911 calls and not once have I ever heard anyone say “ yes ma’am I’ve got a defibrillator right here”
I think there's a handful of stories of them being used, usually local news when someone has a heart attack at like a gym or something. They don't always release the 911 calls with them since it's not exactly needed as evidence, just interesting for those that want to hear it.
This young girl speaks about what should happen to her brother from an blinkered emotional place void of any concern for others safety or the horrific death of her mother at his hands. Truly unbelievable
Just because he was prescribed medications for multiple different mental illnesses and personality disorders, that doesn't mean he took the meds and certainly doesn't mean that the meds "CREATED the monster". Authorities were not paying attention??? Really? Like, does anyone think he took his meds, or did what professionals ask him to do? I work in psychiatry as an RN in a county jail and we even can't force medicate murderers or violent criminals without court ordered commitments to the state hospital, even if just to be restored as competent for trial. Even those who are just mentally ill and not on drugs consistently lack insight and WILL NOT allow us to "pay attention". In jail they refuse meds, as soon as released form often solitary confinement, they relapse into aberrant behavior in the community. We have a guy who shot his mother in the head 3 times for no known reason. He pretends to be psychotic, but is actually a psychopath which does not respond to medications. DO NOT blame medications and providers for "failing" the mentally ill murderer's victim/s. They are violent crazy.
If you’re a violent person, schizophrenia will manifest voices for you to harm people, if you’ve been victimized and not a violent person, the voices will manifest someone wants to harm you. If you’re someone who is mean and judgemental to others, the voices will manifest you hearing voices of telling fake accusations of people but if you’ve been wrongly judged in your life and felt victimized you will hear voices of people judging you. It’s all personality based, speaking from my experience with the condition
Someone will say well he or she was never violent before, it may not be physically violence it could be mental abuse or it could be the person has those thoughts but never acted on them until then. Schizophrenia is like alcohol it brings out things already there, it doesn’t change people personality.. it just brings things that were repressed or hidden or internal thoughts and turn them into expressed behavior

What a clown statement. There are psychiatric hospitals in the prison system. He needs to be incarcerated but in a mental institution.
@@Sportfury4400To be fair, short of the insane committing a crime, there’s often no way for them to get forced treatment in most states. It is very frustrating.

Not exactly true.schizophrenic people don’t have the insight into their illness. They don’t actively choose not to take meds but don’t understand why they need to due to delusions
unfortunately that's the nature of schizophrenia and psychotic disorders sometimes, you don't realise you're sick or believe you are. Lack of insight.
Schizophrenic DO NOT know they are ill. They think we are out to get them and their brains create hallucinations so they don't trust us. It's not that simple and I hope you never have to find out how hard it is to convince a schizophrenic to believe they are mentally ill.

This substantiates my asking my son in law to leave my home. I had a fear that he would commit a violent act against me. Mr. Dazey was without question, a little crazy. RIP to both his mother and that poor dog. So senseless

Great for your mother but not everyone follows the same path with mental illness. It’s like comparing autistic people with each other.

People lately society is regressing. People have lost their marbles and feelings matter more than reality.
Guys like this make me believe in the dth penalty. Everyone will suffer with this guy anywhere near them. There's no rehabilitation for this guy.
