This is awesome to follow! Great RC entertainment! You definitely got a shot at this, I don't even know what the current record is, but I think it's clear you are very qualified to take the title! I guess you need a better spot at some point, maybe even an airport runway, or just a really good big road! Car goes straight and true, and the motor even sounds like it has lots of torque left in it, so lots of possibilities!
@@madsrcbuggy Thank you my friend 😊 Current record is at 158 mph in a TRF. That's amazingly fast, but not unbeatable 😉 I got the opportunity to use an airfield, but it's 40 Kilometers away from my home. Winter is coming... But next year soon! 👍
Amazing by far the best TH-cam video, we have lots of cloud cover in UK as well. I will play your video when I next DJ in London if you let me on a projector you are the best mate. If I can get to Berlin again I'll give you 2 tickets. I'm an old school DJ with 10 classic rc's. 1. a Lazer ZXR with all upgrades. On road it was me that said use an F103 and you said no, your right I think you have the record?
@@daysofnick You're welcome! Play it, wherever you want 😉 No, its not the record, just in the Tamiya TA series (I guess). World's fastest Tamiya I could found is an Australian TRF with 158 mph.
Jeder fängt mal klein an.
I'm just following rules because 1mph might be important to someone we don't know. And life is about fairness. Do I think you'll crack the record yes I do your the best. Do we need to do it fairly without a doubt in my mind
@@daysofnick Such a rule doesn't exist in rc speed run. All remarkable records are done in one way. In some leagues the car has to return from its own power, crashes doesn't count.
Nice run! Congratulations on your new pb!
@@JoevsRc Thanks bro 😊👊
The rear wing is a work of art
@@daysofnick Thank you! Yeah, it was a bunch of work to make 😅
That's already EPIC on 3S 😮 Congrats 👏🤝
@@coygtrc More than I expected on the first attempt 😅 Thank you 👊
Whoa! Excellent! Very nice runs!

My tamiya F103 has DRS its not track legal but it flyes. I was so happy with that it was a 6 month project with a diffuser
Its like a learjet plane
Prepare for the second run and you are the fastest Tamiya ever. Officially

I guess your like a premier league football player you've done so well to get there, you have more responsibility now. But that's a good thing life
In both directions that is the rule on road or water
Micro servo adjusting 2 tail wings its also a brake
@@daysofnick I thought about testing an adjustable rear wing 😉
I'm on your side but this is the law
Two runs opposite 30 mins set the record straight
So you need a clock 30 mins pressure that's the point
So you hold a one pass score impressive but it's the second run that puts the crown on your head in the opposite direction
@@daysofnick Second run was with less battery power. So there is much more potential. But that was just a shakedown run to get familiar with the car 😉
You can do it re-run
It's not easy coming back that's the whole point
That is speed run law
Both directions 30mins if you want to set a record
We lost her too

UK was bluebird
You could have + 4mph tailwind that's why it's average your allowed 30mins for two clock times
@@daysofnick Yeah, you could have tailwind or some elevation that helps you. That's luck or bad luck, depending on the circumstances.
If you don't believe me look up any land speed record, the second is always slower or you die in a crash
@@daysofnick Haha, so it's better to keep it one way 😅
I still think an F103gt can nudge that but that is hypertherical
It's the average then you lift the cup. It goes back donkey years. Mate 2 passes that's not easy
The UK has all the records or thunderbird US lost in the desert
200kmh next!
@@thomassalin949 That's a realistic goal 😉👍
Right I want you to be a accredited, rules go back 100 yrs you need to do 2 speed passes and the average is your number. It does state 2
It's hard we know but if you want to live at the top, set an example
Currently I live at the mid-range 😂
