Very nice clean passes! I see you like running your motors at 20 degrees timing. I played around with mine and got to 11 degrees with no benefits on the 5900kv motor, so I went back to zero. I wonder what the difference in speed is 🤔
Thanks bro! 👊 The timing should always result in an increase in performance. Otherwise the ESC or the battery could be too weak, or the gear ratio is too low.

What pitch is the gear?
It's Tamiya Modul 0.6. Similar to 48 pitch, but not compatible.

@@rc_michi You can do it! I'm messing around with a boat right now.. re-painting and getting ready for a maiden voyage hopefully before dark! It says 45km/h (basically 28mph) on the box, but I'm gonna try for 30mph 👍🚤💨

Luckily, no damage. I was able to bring the car to a stop and steer it onto the grass. 👍👊

No, it's a cheap 60A ESC. The Motor hasn't really 5200 KV. I think 4000 KV is more realistic.

Very nice 👍You can probably put a bigger pinion to reach 120 kmh at least (I'm stuck at 116 kmh / 72 mph 2S 4.5T BL, partly due to a too short road 😅)
Thanks bro! That's also a proper result on 2S! 👍 For a meaningful comparison, the gear ratio should not be too low, as aerodynamics become more important at higher speeds. But I will test it!
