    I made these starting yesterday and refrigerated overnight
    The dough initially was too dense so added more butter milk to get a softer dough
    It was never very sticky
    Next day I cooked them in a skillet for 10 minutes each side
    They are amazing
    Can’t tell they are GF

    Those looked to me to be about halfway between English muffins and Chuck wagon biscuits. All the best cooks make amalgam foods. 😉

    Loved them...we did use HM plant based milk and HM plant based butter and to add the buttermilk flavor we used 1/2 tsp of lactic acid. Thank you for this gluten free English muffin recipe 💗 I really missed them since gluten had to be removed from my diet

    Im sorry you are going through such emotions. I can't imagine having a child enlisted! I too am highly gluten intolerant. I miss my bread. I'll be making these. Thank you for it.
