That place is a masterpiece of heaven on earth ❤️! Your getting better showing these amazing apartments. Cause opening up the closets and if they come with a pantry for the kitchen is epic and also showing if these apartments comes with a washer and dryer in these apartments. Nice job!
Making the most of an old building. The walk from the owner’s BR to the bathroom is wild. Having an elevator is a must-have especially since none of the levels that contain BR’s have a laundry room or a laundry shoot. With that being said, the separation btwn livinhg and entertaining spaces is fantastic. Any aminaties not covered in this video?

At 3:39 there is a black line close to the ceiling. I'm trying to figure out if that's the ac vent. They're kind of everywhere so I assume it's hvac. I've never seen them like that before.
I wonder, if you had a dog or dogs, do people with NYC rooftops or terraces etc. let them do thier business out there? Do they plant patches of grass? Or? Just curious!

Everyone has the same tools: access to education, ability to work hard, use your income the way you wish, if you have an idea for a business you can pursue it. Anyone wealthy enough for an old Manhattan penthouse has used those tools. In western Europe, they have 60 to 80% income & property tax, and you get bonuses in perqs rather than extra cash for your hard work. There are plenty of placess with the society you want. You can move to one of those. The people there would love the opportunity to work toward their own goals in the US.

Well, yeah. It has a couple of spaces that could be the concierge lounge at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead. But you accumulate stuff.
Why? Those who have the money should be able to live wherever they want. It needs to start with the amount of taxes they pay!
