I get it, but this area is expensive, most houses in the area are old and cramped, and lots are small. Americans don't realize that houses like this are a luxury in many places.
A 1 car garage and shed cheapens this property for me. The garage should have been sat further back to create to a garage for 2 cars and a little deeper space in the back so that a shed was not necessary. I like the use of pocket doors to save on space and love the floor in the mudroom.
I love the overall aesthetic for this home. In fact, I took a phot of the fireplace because I love the surround and mantel. We just finished a big remodel in our home and our fireplace is still without a mantel because I am just not sure of what I want, and this home as a mantel that inspires me. But only a 1 car garage and no walkout to the basement would be deal breakers for me.
Nice house. I wonder if I could extend the front of the garage with a carport. If that's allowable in that place that way, a couple cars could be covered
The yard cannot accommodate a 2 car (side by side) garage. The best they can do is add a carport in front (as others suggested) or they should have made a tandem garage. The house is new and is in very close commuting distance to DC near good jobs. The price reflects that.
Love your videos I have watched just about all of them I love Northern VA and hopefully I will be moving there soon. I enjoyed the music playing in the background nice and it definitely helped with the vibe of your videos. Now it seems sort of empty. Besides that your tours are A1. Keep them coming!
You must remember you are buying the name Washington, D.C. The space and style you get you can get for a lot less further out. It is location that is what you are paying for. So, if you want to be there you pay.
Watching from Alexandria VA. I think the house is overpriced. It's beautiful but not completely functional. One car garage and no walkout basement would be a problem for me and my soon to be 4 car family. I'm currently renting a no walkout townhouse and I hate it. I'm house hunting and parking space and adult size bedrooms are non-negotiables.
I just clicked on to 👀 see, I live in Massachusetts, I'm not looking 👁🗨 to buy, plus, I couldn't afford such beautiful housing that I fairly believe cost toooo much money that I wouldn't want to buy if I had the money and the house were in Boston Massachusetts; plus, the guy is 🎨 arting the made-up communications in ways that I don't like saying you and or your at times is talk that I don't play, while also, I fairly believe that if such beautiful richness were for fair and or beautiful doing persons to entertain persons wouldn't be charged sooo much money for their wanted entertainment's and or for their doing beautiful and or fair for people in the city and or state the house or housing's located and or would really be beautiful to make such beautiful housing comfortably affordable for fair and or beautiful doing person/s to pick and or choose to live in amongst for beautiful they do for people in that city and or state the housing's sign languaged to be located.

1 car garage? 2 mil?
That part!

And no land.

a full bath off the office is odd.
Just one parking lot is not enough, in fact, you can park many cars, park outside no problem, the most troublesome is the cold snow
Why does that house have a butler room , It should have made the pantry a little large

Watching from Louisville, KY. Love this home it’s super cute!

It’s a beautiful house, though the one-car garage is a turnoff.

Good feedback and thanks for watching. Let me know if you need a good local agent 😉.
It's not necessary to show the utility room
Too pricey for what it is. 1 car garage, no walkout basement and kitchen/ living room too small.

Formal dining room but no formal living room. Nope not worth the money.
2 million to look at other people's home. No beautiful land and views of nature. Just rusted cars parked on the streets.
Nope!
This property sucks like Joe Buydin.Democrat city to the MAX, worst than Calif.
