Anime America Also how would you feel about Diddy Kong Racing sequel that added characters from My Hero Academia, Little Witch Academia, Kirby, The Amazing World of Gumball, Persona 5, Family Guy, and RWBY with Haruko from FLCL, Popuko and Pipmi from Pop Team Epic, and Bomberman also being there? Kirby in particular gets pushed heavily as the protagonist and similar to Sonic CD it had two different soundtracks. Like the Japanese soundtrack would have stuff like this soundcloud.com/higedriver/sepp… while the American and European soundtrack would have music composed by David Wise and Grant Kirkhope with an option to switch between the two would you choose that?
Anime America, Can you do a 10 cute or weird momentes in deadly or serious points in anime. Like a person is wearing a stoner like mask while beating bad people or something.

I’m a beginning elementary school teacher, and I can say that Korosensei is a huge influence on me and how I go about working with my students. I have a plushy of him in my car to remind me everyday why I do what I do.

I can't believe I didn't watch this show when it first came out. I am so disappointed in myself.
An an aspiring teacher I can testify just how great of a teacher Korosensei is. What's so special about him is how he instead of treating the students like part of a class, he treats every student like an individual. He meets every one of them on their terms, giving them private lecture, teaching them what they need to learn separately and in a way that fits that specific student best.
This is why he is my favorite male charachter in anime. :)
The reason I watched this list was to make sure that Koro sensei is number one. He is.

I had his awesome physics teacher. He was a cool guy. I was watching Supernatural at the time and I found out he was a fan too. He was mostly chill and let the other students goof off and fail. Then they would ask me to copy my work but it costed a fee. Let’s say my pockets were full in that class. The class was a good place to chill out during lunch and comfort since I was getting bullied at that time.
finally, someone gives Korosensei his due and the praise he deserved. No other anime has moved me like assassination classroom. when my friend discovered it, we both made fun of how weird it looked and how silly korosensei was. but by the time the last episodes aired, we had both cried for our Korosensei so hard, it was like we were mourning a family member. hands down the best anime i've ever seen.
Now that title Assassination Classroom is getting attacked with the recent shooting happening now and states like Florida and Wisconsin just banned it. To find out just Google and TH-cam all about.

I still haven't finished Assassination Classroom. Koro-sensei is a unique character for me for reasons I'm not going to mention, but he definitely deserves the top spot. He was a truly dedicated and passionate teacher.

You know what's ironic about TH-camrs, some of the coolest TH-camrs grow up in the hottest most humid places like Florida, Texas, and Arizona. I live in New Jersey and as far as Summers go it gets pretty hot but not as bad as Florida in the summer

Korosensei! I am not ashamed to say I cried so hard at that anime. Such a blubbering mess. He is an awesome teacher, and that anime totally did not go the way I expected from the first few episodes. It is an amazing show. I am so glad he was #1. He deserved it.
When I was in 9th grade, I was a tutor for 6th graders along with two others. I had so much fun tutoring and helping them. I would also occasionally bring treats but those were on holidays. When it was almost time to say goodbye, they gave me a thank you letter with a snack, and it was only me. There I almost considered to change career choice to be a teacher, I missed them. Hope they’re behaving.

WyvernSpirit Offical Exactly! He was basically the father Naruto never had and even paid for his food when he could. He was even there for him when Naruto found out about Jiraiya's passing.
KhaanMan66 I do see our point. He could have been more helpful in certain situations and teachings, but I will say that at least he did consider how his students learn. Think about it: who would Naruto have learned more from: Kakashi or Jiraiya? Jiraiya of course and Kakashi new that. So, he left Naruto to someone who could teach him better. As for Sakura, you got me beat on that one. 😂
He taught Sasuke the chidori so he would have an effective jutsu against gaara in the Chunin exam. And he also taught naruto how to use his shadow clones more effectively which led to them developing rasenshuriken. And naruto was able to use the very same method to learn sage mode. Didn't teach them anything my ass.

Top 10 Poorly Written Characters in Anime (or Top 10 Anime Characters that need improvement)?
If you ever did that countdown, I can automatically see characters like Iris and Cilan from Pokémon Black & White, Kirito from SAO, Sakura (and maybe even Sasuke) from Naruto, and I'd even argue either Davis or Mimi from the Digimon series.
Omnicidal Clown Ugh, don't remind me of how badly they messed up Iris...That was my favorite character in the games, too....
And I'll have to one-up ya' with Digimon characters....Tagiru!
Would be too easy for Kirito to top that list. Elizabeth or Meliodas from 7DS would be #2.
the interesting thing about All Might is that he had no skills at teaching aside from what his mentor had taught him but over time he acknowledged that part of him and tries to learn how to teach to be there for his students, he even bought a little book on teaching to help him. It's important for teachers to recognize their strengths and weaknesses to improve on them for their students and that's what All Might did

I'd love to see KoroSensei again! I have only seen episode one of Assassination Classroom when I knew he was gonna die by the students and Nagisa's whole predicament with his mom,but at the time I had no idea he was originally a human assassin who was willing to give up everything for his students. I love the guy to pieces,and I MISS YOU KOROSENSEI!
Sadly I don't think a prequel for this title can be made and also now this title is facing controversy and bans. Which you can Google and TH-cam all about that in the wake of real mass shootings. Though it's in Florida and Wisconsin but still may want to look into it.

I had an English teacher who was like an anime teacher. She was so much fun and understood our problems and made lessons fun. She taught us but worked in other things and made huge discussions that the whole class could enjoy. But best of all, just as she helped us, we helped her. She had some strife with a new puppy she got her daughter which became deathly ill and might not have made it if they didn't notice it. When it got better, she brought it in for the class to see and play with. The dogs name is Mazey and she's adorable. But near the end of the year, she said that she was so glad to have us at the end of the day because we as a class helped her get through it all with our humour and just being there for her. She's amazing and I love so much. Best teacher ever.
You didn't mention what Aizawa and Yagi have done to protect those budding heroes! Both have near given up their lives for their students. They're not just invested in those kids--they treat them like their own. I feel like they need some recognition for that.
While I love the number 1. I think megu nee from school live deserves an honourable mention.

Real life teacher: Absent most of the year but when she was there the first thing she did was discuss her most recent visit to her psychiatrist.
I’m really glad Chisa was in here, even if it was an honorable mention. Not only does she round up a bunch of completely different and crazy students, but she manages to bring them together, with the help of the class rep she encouraged. She even acts as a teacher to Hajime who isn’t even in the same school system. Till the bitter end, she did everything to protect her students and I respect the hell out of that.
Thank you for this list. I'm a teacher and I appreciate this list since it's hard being a teacher but I do it because I want to help in education. Also, I think it's sweet you included All Might since he exemplifies what it's like to be a first year teacher with the positive spirit to want to help and growth as the first year continues.

Great video. This makes me miss my old high school theater teachers...people took the classes as an easy out but found a true love of the theater when they left.
Korosensei reminds me of my 7th science teacher. I come from a low income area the school isnt great and the students were what youd expect but every day she made sure the students had what they needed and always encouraged us that dispite everything we can still make a future for ourselves

He actually turned out to be a really great teacher, looking out for his students, worrying about them and supporting them through their time in the Academy. Of the Naruto universe teachers I'd have to say he's probably my top pick for best teacher.

My middle school special needs teacher Ms. G was the best teacher I ever had! She even became a family friend and still is even after I've gone to college! I'm really lucky to have had a teacher like Ms. G! I had just moved to the other side of town and left all of my friends from elementary school behind and was facing quite a few life changes when I met her. I was really scared to go to school at first because pretty much only one of my elementary school teachers actually thought I was capable of something. Even my old special needs teacher didn't think I'd do well in school and told my parents with me sitting right there that I'd probably never get a grade higher than a C. I wasn't a bad kid or anything like that. I was just really shy, socially awkward, and had difficulties learning like everyone else. The only time I was able to be noticed in a good way was when it was time for art. However, thanks to Ms. G, I started getting straight As and started to have a bit more confidence in myself in school. I even found subjects other than art to love and excel in! Ms. G really made my middle school years great and helped me even with things that weren't school related. When I figured out what I wanted to do with my life, Ms. G gave me so much encouragement and helped me any way that she could (yeah, I figured out what I wanted to do with my life in middle school. Although, not before realizing that my previous dream of being an actress or singer would be impossible due to my horrible stage fright too late during the school play. YEESH!). Ms. G was an amazing teacher and I'm really glad to have been one of her students! If I ever am in need for a teacher character in one of my books (I'm working on becoming an author and illustrator, by the way), I'm defiantly gonna look to her for inspiration!
Negi is one of my favorites. Strong, Smart, can use magic, and even learns from his students.

YESSSSS!!! I saw this video’s title, and I immediately thought, “oh god, please choose Koro-Sensei as number one!!!” He honestly is one of the best, partly because he’s able to do inhuman acts because of how fast, intelligent, and powerful he is, but also because he’s devoted to that class. I seriously always think that I’d love to have him as a teacher whenever I watch this show.

Koro Sensei is the best anime professor ever! Also, if Aizawa joined forces with Ozpin from RWBY they would make their students fall from airplanes into a non lethal battle royale. Aizawa: "The key of victory is the element of surprise." Ozpin: "SURPRISE!!!!"
My mom is a teacher for first or second grade kids and the kids always find her their favorite teacher because she takes the time and make learning fun and interesting with little activities and does all she can for even the trouble students. Heck some kids who are full grown adults come to visit her classroom sometimes and still tell her that they are her favorite teacher. To see this video warms my heart as a daughter of a teacher.
I am currently working on getting my TEFL certificate and planning on teaching English in South Korea and Japan. This video is very insightful, inspiring as well as giving great tips on how to be a good teacher to my future students.
I would take aizawa as example. Abroad in japan was teaching kids in japan. And talks about it in a video with tipps.
