      Yes, it's good for doing simple drawings.
      If you import a dfx into Sketchup you loose a lot of detail, that is why i use Coral draw a lot.

    Excellent explanation, but I encountered a problem when opening the file in AutoCAD or Corel Draw. The drawing consists of five layers or more. What is the solution please?

      In Corel Draw select all the objects then on the tool bar outline width change to hairline then press combine.

    My Sketchup doesn't have "Export to DXF". Is this an add on / plugin?

      It should be a standed feature

      Look in: File, Export, 3D model, save as type: , AutoCad DXF File (*.dxf)
