This feels honest and not like just another sales pitch - BRAVA!

It is so much complex. You need many tools in order AI capabilities to work in my Salesforce CRM. Also, $2/conversion is huge.

As a consultant that works on a lot of change projects I really don’t see this being implemented outside of the enterprise level, or an org that is mature and maintained. It’s really hard to see the future with AI when a lot of customers are still on classic.

What percent do you come across still on classic?

You are so right. There quite a number of organisations out there that still have an analog mindset.

You don't see it being implemented outside of the enterprise level? If anything, the CBU market will be huge for this, as companies are agile enough to benefit from this. Enterprise is inherently reluctant on many new technologies.

This is huge! It will take some time for the adoption and most large scale enterprises will be early adopters. Customer service tier 1 support department is probably the most impacted by AI Agents in the near term. I see Salesforce holding the AI Agent trophy for enterprise efficiency in the next 2 years. Great vision and strategy. 95% of companies cant build those on thier own by hiring AI engineers. Way to go Marc! Huge win for Salesforce, Investors, and customers.

Most organizations have such terrible implementations of SF with even worse data hygiene that the agents are gonna be hilarious

Agentforce agents seem to be acting like an additional layer taking in customers queries, enrich the prompts with SF field values and calling LLMs like ChatGPT underneath, collecting the response and returning back to customers.
Maybe need to spend more time understanding it but did not fascinate much given the hype around it!
