Hello there. Love all your videos. FYI, not sure if anyone has mentioned it but in the review of the Vanco, the narrator stated that vanco has narrow therapeutic range of 10-12 mcg/mL.

Wasn't the guidelines changed and now vancomycin and fidaxomicin are the first line therapy for c. Diff (even mild cases) instead of metronidazole? 2:34
