What are the basis of you saying that Dwarka Expressway is going to take really long time . Are you Antaryami ?? Things change fast in real estate . One announcement of big development n boom . It can happen in 6 months .. it can happen in 1 year also . No one knows anything . We all just make assumptions just like you have yours . And mark my words .. People would die to live on Dwarka Expressway one day leaving extension and golf course way far behind . Bas project acha hona chahiye sab bik jaata hai .. NCR gets buyers from across the world .. You need to understand there is no other area to Develop that has close proximity to Delhi like DXP is having, it is the area where current Govt is very aggressive as far as development is concerned. In next 10-15 years DXP will be at par with GCR both in terms of Development as well as pricing, maybe we may see better social amenities in this area compare to any other area of Gurgaon. You people make video just for your profit and does not understand what reallly Investment is. 2-3 crore to aap aise bolre ho jaise kisi ped pe lage hue h bas aapko todna baaki h, people who are putting those so called 2-3 crore holds better qualifications and experiences than you. You know what how Big four consultants think, they see development potential of that area in the long term rather seen current development. Just to give you one small example, go and check the type of commercial coming up at Aerocity and if you find out what they have planned for next 3-4 years, you will be amazed to see the kind of development that is coming at Aerocity and it is like 10 minutes from initial sectors of DXP. You have any idea about what would be high paying employment generation of Aerocity in coming 4-5 years, it would be around 90000-100000 high paying job in just that micro market that is currently under development phase. Any project of DXP with a decent developer will command higher pricing psft in coming decade than GCRE. I feel some of your clients are moving towards Dwarka Expressway rather than buying on GCRE.

I have explained that DXP is not for those investors who are looking for short term returns in 2-3 yrs and this yr 2025 will be challenging for this micro market. Investment in DXP should be done with a horizon of 5 yrs or more . Viewers who consume real estate content doesn't know the ground realty and think they are well aware of market scenarios. I am sure you are invested in DXP after taking consultation from the top 4 real estate consultants and you have not got good returns that's why you are putting your point for your own satisfaction.....
