I sold a plot recently. I tried making since of the deal and realized, should I have invested in equity as per my behaviour, Plot IRR is at 14.9. Whereas my equity IRR is at 13.9 as on today. My equity return just 6 months ago was 14.9 IRR. The role reversal does happens.
Mother is 53, she got 50 lacs as ancestral house sold and want to invest in equity and FD to get a steady income of 25k per month. What should be the type of MF to be bought and how much money in debt ? Will be very helpful if you can reply
