I think a finger petal switch would work easier, pressure sensitive like a foot pedal but for the finger.....lol. seems rough trying to turn a knob while trying to stay steady welding, just my thoughts...... I would love to try this product though!!!
Hi there, I have the same welder and been having problems with set up. What so you run your gas at , pre flow, post flow and any other ideals that may help . Thanks in advance
I don't have the right equipment to tell you exactly how many amps. It draws from my outlet, but I am running it off of a 50 amp outlet, and I'm running it off some 6/3 extension. Cord approximately 50'. I think I hope this helps. Also I run it at about a hundred and twenty five amps on d c and i've never tripped the breaker thanks again
Here's the translation to English: "Friend, I want to buy a used Vulcan Pro TIG 205, but it doesn't have the pedal. Is it possible to weld TIG without the pedal?"
That is a great question. They do sell the pedal at Harbor freight if I'm not mistaken. If you can pick up a Vulcan protig 205 at a reasonable price.I would definitely feel good about telling you to grab it

Great question. It's kind of a long story. The gentleman that I bought the company from that made the concrete tools kind of gave me an eclectic mix of different types of fller wire. And so I've just been using what he gave me at some point. When I burn through all of it. I will probably be more selective about my filler wires, thanks. Again

Will you please tell me how many Amps it pulls from your 240v outlet? What size wire did you use from breaker panel to outlet? Thanks in advance!

"Excellent! Also the manual control, thank you very much, I'll be on the lookout, my friend."
Why are you using 309 and not 308 filler wire on SS?
I use 316 SS on cast because it DOESN'T shrink.
Why didn't you walk the cup on the pipe???
Anyway thank you for sharing.
