How do you edit the 1- touch App to display a customized file name and format? it says zerox scan time date now.

The dropbox app requires a sign in each time? That completely kills the use-case for me :( I want all 5 of my office mates to scan exclusively to Dropbox, so entering a password each time would be too onerous. Tell me if I misunderstood.
