The thing about these vlogs is that they somehow make something as mundane, stressful, and tedious as air travel often is into something magical and cool. I guess that's the power of editing and a good shot!
After watching some of the 20 year LRR podcasts, knowing now that it all started as a way to gather an audience for travel vlogs before travel vlogs were even a thing, I must say: G-vlogs are my favorite LRRish content (maybe tied with Mail Time), and some of my all time favorite contents on the internet. I could watch this all day, every day. Never get tired of it, always a good day when I see a new one available. Like, I don't even like beer, have no interest at all on them, and watched all of the Canadian Beerfest ones with great pleasure. This channel is, indeed, very entertaining. Thanks Graham!
I appreciate you and the rest of your team still wear mask when you are out and about. I work in retail (in Texas) and have not stopped wearing a mask in 3 years. Nowadays I feel like I am the only one in my store that wears one. Thank you for all that you do!
It's the small details, like synchronizing to the trill! Being highly proficient (in most anything) makes it easier to just drop in fun things without each one taking an eternity. But then you know enough your standards go up, and it takes longer anyway, at least if you're me. C'est la vie.
The fact that mere seconds before was a rest in the song accompanied by a shot of his shoes and then we get that little piece just shows how much effort he puts into editing. Perfection! Oh, sorry. I forgot, we saw new pronouns. *how much effort Stark puts into editing
Love the production that went into your own blogs. The instances of putting your camera in the room before walking out to record yourself walking in look very nice.
I know the Orb is dumb but it's also really neat, it fits in Las Vegas and it'd work nowhere else on Earth 😂 Also, nice to see you wearing a mask in the airport and Beej wearing them at cons too, it still gets some weird hate for something that's just "I don't want a cold I could easily avoid." Being sick is annoying, whatever it is 😂
I'm currently working in Ottawa whilst my wife is the UK. When she came out for Christmas we upgraded her to business class for the short flight of Toronto to Ottawa this meant she was able to get a shower after a 7 hour flight! which was needed and she could feel refreshed when he was me for the first time in 2 months.
Huh, it's interesting to see folks still wearing masks out and about. Where I live it's such a rarity now, you could go weeks between seeing anyone with a mask so it stands out somewhat. Props to you, and thankyou once again for a reassuring moment of places, sounds, tunes and your thoughts!
Cheers, thanks. The masks are all personal choices of comfort-as you’ll see-but in my mind, if I’m at a convention to meet potentially hundreds of people it’s best practice. I haven’t got “con crud” in ages, it’s absolutely worthwhile!
@@GrahamStarkVlogs yeah for conventions it seems like a really worthwhile choice, and I share your delight in going to cons and similar without getting the plague. Then it can just be a nice weekend and you don't have to worry about the hangover 😂
Somehow I knew that the first words out of Graham's mouth when he opened the window would be some variation on "sure is Vegas" and I was not disappointed
Bringing a packet of Tim Tams for a domestic USA flight and finding the one plane that had an air steward who had lived in Sydney was great. Got free drinks and food for the internal trip.
9:22 I could have sworn I saw Gibb, so I went back to see what it actually was and comment I thought I saw Gibb, but no, it was actually Gibb. And Bartleby, but he’s easier to read as a generic humanoid figure when clothed
Of course this will be city by city, but I have taken to just hopping in the Taxi line when I fly back from where-ever. It's normally a 10min or less wait (less then waiting for the lyft/uber to navigate things) And these days about 20-30 bucks cheaper. Still not worth taking from home to Airport though.
Coming back from Boston to LAX for the transfer to the flight back to Australia I was met and the gate and led over due to a whole bunch of passengers being on the same flight and being under the flight. I would have not been able to do it on my own I had never been there before.
Taxi's would be good, but I'm surprised that there's not adequate mass transit from the Vegas airport to the Strip. It seems like something that there'd be enough demand for to justify a train, or at least a light rail.
So I suppose if your pronouns were "Stark/Graham" this would essentially be equivalent to "do not use pronouns to refer to me, always use my first or last name," which would be an interesting form of non-binary language I haven't encountered or considered.
No pronouns is a rare option but I have encountered it. I think it makes people sound like a celebrity, and given the types of names we nonbinaries give ourselves it makes for very fun conversations 😂
Appreciate the camera in the room as you come in "for the first time" scene. Sometimes I forget there are times to re-enact things for the sake of a good vlog shot. I can't figure out how your audio was so clear though. I don't see a lapel mic. 🤔
Graham, you (and by extension LRR generally) are maybe the only cis comedian I trust to make humor about trans topics. The Graham/Stark bit made me cackle, well done.
Do you ever not do the whole going into your hotel room to set up your camera first so you can go back out and then film yourself entering any more, or is it just force of habit at this point?!
It's got to be a really weird feeling to strip nekkid in an airport. Edit: I only use taxis. I refuse to use the "not taxis because we say they aren't."
Man, you really gotta be putting these in relevant playlists. I keep missing some vlogs and want to catch up, but TH-cam's auto play is not very smart right now and keeps sending me to Red Letter Media. Which ok, not complaining about them, but I want to keep watching your vlogs not end up with a sudden best of the worst! (I'm referring to past vlogs, not this one, just on my mind and the video is fresh)
The thing about these vlogs is that they somehow make something as mundane, stressful, and tedious as air travel often is into something magical and cool. I guess that's the power of editing and a good shot!
Considering a mere 100 years ago this trip would have taken Gharam months to make it IS pretty magical.
I personally love air travel and going to the airport. but I also don't have to do it much
Beej standing there like a spooky informant NPC. He's got a code phrase and everything.

Graham trying to explain why he is using luxuries like an airport shower when he has the opportunity is very cute.
to be perfectly honest, this is the first I have ever even heard of airport showers

4:43 was lovely. 💙
The ascending notes on the plane taking off got me real good
When i'm sad, i'm a sad dane and i'm usually sad in danish, but i'm never a sad danish. I still feel sympathy for the situation though 2:37 :)
I'm always happy to see a Graham vlog, they are so calm and interesting and relaxing! THANK YOU!
Woooooow that edit at 4:43 was so good. I swear, every GVlog I watch makes me want to get into video editing

absolutely love that plane going by the window during the flourish
4:42 is a masterpiece.
I didn’t even know Graham in an airport shower was the content I wanted. Lol. Glad to see vlog content, Graham. Love seeing your travels
Chill tunes to travel to Vegas with
The music editing was especially good in this one!
Timing the take-off at 4:43 to the music was a very nice touch. Well done.
Love the production that went into your own blogs. The instances of putting your camera in the room before walking out to record yourself walking in look very nice.
First shot of the SPHERE was giving heavy Ghostbusters 2 slime vibes.
Looks like a giant jello mold.
I love seeing Vegas through someone else's eyes.
I absolutely loved this video. I don't know what it was but it put a huge smile on my face from beginning to end.
Woo! New gvlog!
The music for this GVlog was especially choice.

I'm always on the hunt for a decent ear loop mask. Where did you find yours?
@@GrahamStarkVlogsI second this question! Your mask looks both effective and comfortable and I've been wondering where you get them for ages!

New Gvlog on a Magiccon? Definitely a good way to bide my time until Magiccon Chicago!
The lounge and shower both seem very fancy to me, as someone who has flown about 10 times in my whole life!
Oh Serge's favorite... auto machine coffee
Gvlogs always make me want to travel.
9:22 I could have sworn I saw Gibb, so I went back to see what it actually was and comment I thought I saw Gibb, but no, it was actually Gibb. And Bartleby, but he’s easier to read as a generic humanoid figure when clothed
New Gvlog! Time to have a good chill couple of minutes
Graham "Not technically part of it but sorta part of it" Stark. Another great Vlog

"The Westgate is just over there."
45 minutes of walking later. 🙃
These vlogs give me life
True story, the company I work for manages the wifi for Maple Leaf Lounges. So I hope it worked!
Oh wow, no way i would take a shower that close to boarding. Glad you can.
Felt bad I couldn't catch Graham in vegas, he's the only signature I have missing from my matt. So I am excited to hopefully see him in Chicago!
Like others have said, the edit at 4:40 ish, *cheff's kiss*
Babe wake up, new gvlog just dropped
7:03 Monorail!
Always great to spend some time with G-Money.
That's where I left my birthday yogurt.
Heck yeag, love me a GVlog.
love your vlogs g
Graham I hope you stole that shower occupied door hanger
I have the vague feeling G just stole someones secret lunch yogurt.
It wasn’t just me! There were at least two!
Speaking as a somewhat sweaty flyer, Airport showers are indeed amazing.
9:23 that's an *excellent* design
Coming back from Boston to LAX for the transfer to the flight back to Australia I was met and the gate and led over due to a whole bunch of passengers being on the same flight and being under the flight. I would have not been able to do it on my own I had never been there before.
The sphere is such an eye-sore lol.
8:44 Beej Jumpscare
Graham i can tell you love mornings lol
Oh, yeah, they’re just… the best.
Huge morning guy over here.
Hey Graham! Will there be a MagicCon Barcelona Vlog? I was looking forward to it, as is the only one I've attended
Boy howdy there sure will. That one goes into a family vacation so it’s gonna take a little longer.
@@GrahamStarkVlogs Cool, thanks, Graham!

North American urban planners: "But... why you no have car? Everyone have car?"
When it comes to conventions showers rule period.
A pile of eggs? Did you let Wheeler know?
Lol
September? the vlogs are catching up I see
In a way, all coffee comes out of a machine.
If you're going to leave that long a pause after "It's...", you should be doing it bedraggled and crawling out of the ocean...
We appreciate you (I speak for the chat because the chat cant put a coherent sentence together)
Warning for headphones users! There's a loud(er) elevator voice at 5:05 :')
WIIIIDE aspect ratio, seems fun
So I suppose if your pronouns were "Stark/Graham" this would essentially be equivalent to "do not use pronouns to refer to me, always use my first or last name," which would be an interesting form of non-binary language I haven't encountered or considered.
They're his proper nouns
this is how I asked my German friends to adress me because we lack a they/them/their equivalent
As an enby, this makes me feel seen.
"My name is mine, and you cannot have it?"
No pronouns is a rare option but I have encountered it. I think it makes people sound like a celebrity, and given the types of names we nonbinaries give ourselves it makes for very fun conversations 😂

1:13 I'm sorry is that a BOWL of hard boiled eggs? That is absolutely bizzare to me for some reason.
Of course STARK/GRAHAM aren't your pronouns. They're your power and toughness.
Short :( But sweet ! :)
10:08 what on earth is that thing? A giant digital reminder to americans of what the sun is like here in Australia?
We called the the O R B
I was waiting with baited breath for "It's the morning" at the start.
Graham, you (and by extension LRR generally) are maybe the only cis comedian I trust to make humor about trans topics. The Graham/Stark bit made me cackle, well done.
Is there an over/under on how many times the Las Vegas Sphere will appear in these vlogs?
The bagel lookin extra sad imo
Praise sphere
Mmm, found yogurt.

i.ve never ubered before. what's wrong with taxis?
It would basically be insulting if you didn't use the shower.
Uber and Lift are a curse on society and taxis are a vastly superior system.
It’s true! If I’m gonna pay for shitty service at least it’s local.
It's got to be a really weird feeling to strip nekkid in an airport.
Edit: I only use taxis. I refuse to use the "not taxis because we say they aren't."
It is a bit weird!
orb?
ORB
ORB SPOTTED
No looking at Orb. Only pay !
Will the Barcelona Vlog come, too?
It will! That one has A LOT of episodes.
List of things that rule
1. Monarchs
2. Tunnel Snakes
3. Airport Showers
