Great videos buddy I’m also a window cleaner 😁 this route is very interesting, what percentage do you take when you franchise the brand? I’ve been thinking about taking someone on PAYE but really can’t be doing with the hassle of it
Hi Sean And thank you A Franchisee would pay 20% of their turnover per month in Franchise royalties There are many different formulas for operating as a Franchisor Some Franchisors charge a one off payment plus monthly franchise royalties
Not parts of a round GNE. To see how they get on you give them odd jobs here and there. Then larger chunks of work. No conflict, as the corporate Image is the same as it’s a Franchise So they will have same invoices except bank details would be theirs. Customer pays franchisee. Then Franchisee pays you the Franchisor, the royalties due at the end of the month.
@@Bullyswindowcleaningclasses (I had to watch it again) So... you give them odd jobs here and there. At this point they are a subby using their own branding? Only later when you trust them more do they become a franchisee and THEN they adopt your branding?? Sorry if i'm being a bit slow!
It must be daunting letting someone loose with your brand and reputation but I like the way you do it gradually so if their lousy it’s not your reputation straight away ,as with anything it’s a calculated risk for greater gain, on a lighter note I’m earning more a day now since ditching the backpack and fitting the diy system, I’m enjoying my work even more and it’s pushing me to crack on, keep up The good work bully 👍🏻

I'm confused how you can gradually franchise parts of a round to someone else. Surely there is a conflict of branding? (at least in the early stages)
