Fat doesn’t lead to Fatty Liver by the way. Too much sugar and specifically Fructose (yes, the fruit sugar) can lead to Fatty Liver. And of course general obesity.
My brother used to have reccurent fatty liver but finally managed it with fatty liver care pack by planet ayurveda. Now he dont feel any heaviness , discomfort after eating with controlled diet pattern and modifying lifestyle.
