I love that Dave comes out victorious with whatever life ( satan) throws at him.. Drugs, injuries, cancer, bad band relationships.... the man rises above it all... I believe his relationship with God has molded him into a much different man.. Love him or hate him, if you disrespect him, you are shortsighted in my opinion.

Sometimes I think, out of frustration, that I would accept that they don't induct Megadeth into the Hall of Fame, but at least Dave. He is a key pillar of the entire metal scene since his days with Metallica. Anyway, Megadeth deserves to be in the hall of fame, let's hope Dave lives to see it.

I got to see Megadeth on the Countdown, Youthanasia and Cryptic Writings tours. All of them were great shows for different reasons. I know the lineups are different now, but I'm glad they're still out there.
I only got to see them as support for Alice Cooper in Providence RI... Savatage were also on that tour. For whatever reasons, Savatage and Megadeth's sound was not mixed well at all.. both bands sounded awful.. I saw Savatage many many times in clubs and they were spot on amazing every time. Something was up in Providence that night..
