Amazon's updated policy says that if there is a dog and the owner is not home to secure it, you call, text, call the customer and mark is as unsafe to deliver if there is no answer.
My wife confronted me on this and it's playing on my phone tablet I did not do anything she claims she's getting a charge for this worthless video and I did not have anything to do with it so hopefully this charge can be dropped and I do not know why I'm getting this crap because it's something first off I don't have enough smarts to even do it just to let you know and please advise
