its funny you found this boat... I originally found your channel with the bering 77, but as that is a bit out of my price range i went looking for something in my range and this is what i settled on as the winner. great boat!
Is Arctic Commuter still manufacturing boats. No one is responding at Arctic commuter. Does anyone know how to get in contact with them besides what they have listed on their website? Any help is appreciated.
I really like this coastal explorer it would be perfect for the beautiful coast and all the islands around here (Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦) but what is the range if you go around 6 to 8 knots? As I'm interested in something that would get me down the west coast to California and beyond (Mexico) I really enjoy your videos keep them coming
Great video. Thanks from Norway. What about having a look into the new (face-lift) tough and practical Nord Star 28+. I am a happy owner of one of those with a "fly-bridge". The whole range of Nord Star boats is worth looking into.
@@YachtBuoy Oki… But what about visiting Norway then:-)? Either Trondheim (my boat) or Bergen (see the whole range of Nord Stars or take a look at my beautiful 34 foot wooden ketch rigged motor sailor, or both…:-).
Bayliner Pilothouse Cruisers / Bruinswick = Fill the void in the line for Sea Ray now . Same company . Not much else out there . Let alone anything anyone can afford . Bayliner Explorers are built on the Trophy hulls .
A very capable and exemplary little yacht. I like the fact that it has IPS drives as an option, though I'd be happy if they were smaller to milk out a bit more range. Speaking of range, did you find any sort of range projections for this?
If these were available in the US they would sell the crap out of them in the Pacific Northwest. They would give several US boat MFG's real competition due to the price. $350,000 for an Arctic 35 when compared to a Grady White express 370 $800,000, Boston Whaler 345 Conquest $800,000, Ocean Sport Roamer 33 $650,000 and Lindell 38 $1,000,000. Sargo or Targa 36 $600,000. I have written 3 emails to Arctic Boats with no response. I wanted to know if they were looking for dealers in the US or how one could purchase one in the US.
@@YachtBuoy They are missing out not only on the US but the Canadian market as well. A dealership in Washington State could market the west coat and British Columbia. New Jersey could market to the East Coast and Ontario/Great Lakes Region. Both huge boating markets. I wanted to know about dealership opportunities in the US. I am assuming the emails are going to Arctic Boats but maybe the translation in languages is not happening. I also called and they hung up on me. Maybe no one speaks English who answers the phone?
Love the boat but as a company they don't try n promote their products very well, apart from this review and a couple of others there's very little out there! Arctic boats plz do better
@@YachtBuoy sure is a shame, boat looks the part and ur vid does do it justice, go n c how many vids there r on TH-cam, I wish they had the push that axopar have on their fleet of boats
Beautiful.
Great for a quick run between Vancouver, Victoria and any of the gulf islands in British Columbia, Canada. Perfect for any time of the year.
They are great boats 🙌
Amazing boat!
2 things must always be announced, the type of hull and the price.
Awesome boat and you've nailed it again with an amazing video ☺️
Thanks for watching and thank for the support 🙌 glad you enjoyed the video 👍
Great boat! Thanks for the tour.
Thanks for watching 🙌 I love these boats 🛥
This is going to be a great series.
So many great boats to choose from for this series 🙌
This is awesome option for the great loop over here in the states!
Great idea 🙌

Great minds think alike 🙌 did you buy one?
@@YachtBuoy not yet. i just found this boat like this past week. It wont be an immediate purchase i would probably order one.
Great little gem!
It sure is!
Great vid. Thank you
Compare to Sargo and Botnia Targa Boats?
The Commuter 35 costs from $346,000 (there is a huge options list to add from) there is a Commuter 48 coming this year no information on price yet.
I have been looking forward to the 48 coming out for some time now.
Nice boat for UK waters
100% - Just wish there was one in Uk waters as it would be great to get on board.
Awesome! Definitely looks the best out of the other 3; Nord Star, Botnia Targa and the Sargo. Which one would you put your money on?
I would have to spend a weekend on each one before I made that decision lol

Glad you enjoyed the video 🙌 thanks for watching 👍 I will see if I can find the answer to your question re the range
looks nice!, and half the price of the Wellcraft 355

Great suggestion! I like Nord Star. If they have a boat in the UK that I can visit and shoot some footage of then I would be up for that

Stern drives....wouldnt take it if you gave it to me. Next!
Cok iyi tasarım
Have you tested a XO explorer 10S+ or Arksan 30 ? Great option also
J, look at the Botnia Targa 46, may be the next ?
I actually managed to get aboard one of these at the Southampton Boat Show: th-cam.com/video/n-idLEnhVh0/w-d-xo.html

That's crazy that they have not got back to you! It sounds like they are missing out on a big market

I would have powered this boat by triple outboards which would have free up plenty of space in the back.
🇧🇻👍
🙌
I would rather spend that on a HerShine 60 Footer

Too bad an outboard variant is not available.
