Slightly off-topic, but why, oh why can't anyone come up with an actual equal-length set of primary pipes? I understand in this day of modern fuel injection, the performance benefits may be negligible, but dammit, the esthetics!! Show me a good system with equal-length primaries, a 2-into-1 collector followed by a relatively uncorked slender, short muffler.
if you drill out the baffles on the stock exhaust, you get a pretty nice sound... cheaper alternative, and gives you some more shop around time if you need it.
I wish I would have found this BEFORE I bought pipes, but I'm glad the Freedom radius are what I got and they sound pretty good. I'll know for sure in two days!!
lol 5 months later and regrets? I have the same and Jesus it is loud, not to mention I park it in a basement carpark at work lol. Sounds orgasmic in there

My favourite sounding exhaust was the Rinehart. It’s not overly loud but still sounds great.

I got the FPE sharp curve radius on my new chief bobber, that thing is unholy how loud it is, but I would not trade it for the world

I have the indian stage 1 pipes with the cat removed. Pretty happy and the pipe finish matches the bike.
Stock Indian Chief exhaust actually doesn't sound completely terrible. The stock Harley one is just awful lol
