The top light is for your main line and the lights below are divergent when you change tracks and a 3 headed signal controls multiple switches and the 3 headed one is also called an interlocking signal
So, the three aspect thing I was talking about IS about each individual light. Multiple lights appear for divergent tracks and multiple switches. Thanks for the info.
Ahh, the dynamic breaks. I never use those. I thought they were only for going down hill, for some reason. I will have to try using the dynamic brakes in the future. Thanks again!
If you use the (SHIFT-V) on keyboard or the (TOP 4th Button) on Rail driver you get the TRACK HUD that has the Train/Track Speed, how far the next signal is, the grade of track and previous signal. This mite help you..
Thanks! Yes, knowing how far the next signal is would be a great help. Thanks for the info! I am looking at my raildriver right now, and indeed, the 4th top button is the Track HUD. How did I not notice this? Although in my defense, there are buttons galore on this thing. Thanks for watching!
Ohh.... whoa is me! Yeah, my doctor tells me I need to drink more water. So does my wife. Coke Zero is zero calories, but if I don't listen to my doctor, why would I continue to see him? I still get about 32 oz a day, so don't feel too bad for me.

Also for breaking you have dynamic breaks so use them to slow down instead of your train break
