Like in 2017: 2022 is a transition year for CVO models. Deja Vu color combos and the same engine (117) as the ST models. The real deal will be 2023 when You will introduce the engine upgrade (122 or, hopefully, 124) and I'm sure You will invest Your time in a better design and color combos. For the moment I keep my 2019 Mako Shark CVO Road Glide.
New to the CVOs. For me the 117 is an upgrade from my 21 Snake Venom stage 2 (cam upgrade) Road Glide Special that I put 16,500 miles on. I bought the blue steel and wow it’s beautiful.
Beware to anyone who spends the money and buys a CVO, thinking Harley will never use that color again on future bikes. It seems like almost half of the 2022 bikes are painted in Gunship Gray, which was the "CVO" color in 2018. Thanks Harley!!!!
I would advise no one buy a one solid color CVO because you never know when they'll take your "CVO exclusive color" and use it on 4 non CVO models 36 months later.
Yep... bought a 19 CVO Street Glide for 40 grand... put another 27 grand into the engine and suspension to turn it into a decent performance bagger. I just bought a new 2022 Gold Wing for 30 grand. It out performs my 19 CVO Street Glide in every aspect ( except looks ). I guess I'm just getting old cuz those looks aren't worth another 37 grand to me. Oh I still kept my Street Glide... ride the Harley for local runs and pull out the Road Sofa when I want to really enjoy the ride. To each, their own.
This was the year I was going to trade my bike in before 60k miles. No upgraded transmission or 131? Solid pass. I'll keep my 2018 geezer glide ultra couch and put on better brakes and suspension.
Funny how this company talks about hand applied graphics when they recently threw out their largest hand graphic and most capable custom paint supplier in 2020. This resulted in a large reduction in custom paint capacity and hundreds of Wisconsin jobs lost what a shame.
Harley just raise their prices $4,000. They weren't selling before. They really think that's going to make them sell faster. Wake up Harley-Davidson and smell the coffee
CVOs are just overpriced. You’re better off buying a stand Street Glide or Road Glide and dumping $25000 into it and making it truly one of a kind. Harley-Davidson has let me down so much that’s I’m switching and trying something different.
@@snakeoil2182 if you were to buy a standard Street Glide or Road Glide preferably in black which MSRP $22,249 and then dump about $25,000 into it on your own upgrades. Like paint, motor work, change parts of your choice you could have something better then a CVO. Especially if you’re handy and are able to do some of the work yourself. CVOs are pointless now especially after the fact that now 4 Harley’s come with the 117.
@@road_king_dude yes they are but now their motorcycle are getting very expensive also and for me it’s hard to justify getting something over $25,000 because I’m only able to ride half a year due to weather.
I took a Challenger out for a spin wanting to like it more than the Road Glide but it didn't have that SOUL or the fit and finish for that matter. I expected it to feel faster but no. I'll keep Rollin the M8 until we see a RevMax version.

The 2021 CVO Limited didn’t make the cut for the 2022 CVO lineup?

@@FuckTH-camModerators so another words, you have to buy a CVO that looks like an Easter Egg to make sure they don't use the same color again. Got it

I enjoyed this video 👍 entertaining and informative 🤔
why was the key discontinued
If I could it would be the cvo road glide limited Dante red fade love the black ghost flames
If you're paying 45k for a bike for another 5k they should have the option of the 131ci engine. Flames on a bagger make it look dated.
Nice job you guys!

I love the green bike and the flames. But its out of the reach of my purse🤭

Whoever approved those flames needs to be let go!

Flames? What a cliche'. $10k for a paint job? I'd rather paint my own the way I want it. 1 of 1.

Flames??? 😂😂
HD what are you doing in Russia........just cancelled my order
