I have been watching your content for last 1 week you share some insightful and good to know features about cars that other TH-camrs don’t show in their excitement and your charts are very useful for comparison, so thank you for this service
I think budget buyers should pick MX3 AT petrol without thinking and those who can spend more should directly jump to top variant, it's useless to hover in middle
@@saleem4117 If you want more refined engine and more power than go for Petrol but in automatic but if you want more mileage then go for diesel I don't prefer diesel because mileage won't make such a big difference until you travel really crazy kms every year also diesel laws are strict which affects the resale value especially in Delhi, Also note if you want 4x4 then you don't have petrol option it only comes in diesel So you can choose accordingly for me petrol makes more sense as mileage is not an issue for me and I want more refined engine and power
I like your detailed variant video. I wanted diesel AT , so I selected MX3 reason being, i didn't want sunroof and adas....both features are waste in Indian conditions.....trust me, maintaining it is big headup considering the present situation of Mahindra service network. Thar is good machine and all the difference in MX5 or top version can be changed later....but from good well known person without damaging warranty of car. The alloy wheels are also not that good. Thar 3door has good option.
And what was that.... transparent bonet...... engineering may nahi baith tha woh term unless you are special character. Got remembered of that transparent bus from Urvashi song.
There is a shorts video on TH-cam by another channel demonstrating the feature but it seems quite gimmicky and unclear. Btw MX3 Diesel Auto for 19L on road without vent.seats, DRLs, LED fog lamps, no acoustic windshield (higher NVH on long highway rides), digital instrument console is an unbelievable amount of cash for just having an off road capable car 🙄😣
Absolutely true regarding ADAS n sunroof it not practical to us as Indians n even aloy rims becos for me I'm gonna change it but however, there r some futures that can't be upgraded which from those base models that worries me.😢
@@V3cars-Official yes I am very old subscriber of your channel. One request can you please make video on mileage of thar ROXX diesel and petrol manual and automatic... Thanks in advance
Thanks for the detailed explanation across all variants, would be great if you could add the weight and the power to weight ratio in your analysis/reviews.
Thanks for details video V3cars!! Highly appreciated!! But I feel you might split two separate video's for Petrol & Diesel to give more clarity since both variants are overlapping and difficult to follow!!
Thanks for the great analysis - very nice to see that my initial thoughts are completely in line with this - albeit you guys have more experience and knowledge. Fuel efficiency of MX3 P AT is likely to be dismal given top end D AT 2WDs are showing 11.5-13 kmpl in real world driving (youtubers are going from Kerala to Goa / Delhi and show real world mileage). Due to its size, it's likely be a pain to drive and park in the city. I really don't see this doing well after initial euphoria cools down and buyers return to reality. In fact, this is likely to increase sales of Jimny and Seltos / Creta as most buyers having budget of 30-40 lakhs and space for multiple vehicles will get a much better deal by having a Seltos / Creta + Jimny in their garage than a single top -end 4x4 Thar 5D. Mahindra should also bring out a Thar Classic with a form factor of the previous gen Thar having the upgrades of Roxx and offer both RWD & 4x4 at a price range of INR 9.99-16.99L. Only if wishes were horses !
Could u explain me the difference between the top model AXL 7 4*4( both automatic and manual ) quiet difference is there I believe . ( particularly off road )
Now with the pricing of 4*4 options being available and is way lower to the assumption you have taken, makes sense to do the valuation on the 4*4 options again... thanks
I want a rugged diesel manual with comfort being very high priority, I don't care about showy features like sunroof adas and all, only wireless charging is my requirement as I travel a lot and sometimes my phone dies. If MX5 good for me?
Hi Jagdev, what would be the best variant in both petrol and diesel automatic transmission with all the features BUT WITHOUT SUNROOF ? As I prefer to have all the top varient features specially like height adjustable seats, automatic transmission ADAS and the modern bells and whistles etc. BUT WITHOUT A SUNROOF.
