I was like "Yeah, there's a whole system. That sounds like they could do that". But as SOON as he said that there were way more systems, my expectations fell through the floor. Enough with the huge play-spaces already
Are any of these things wrong though? I mean Fallout 3 has that ending slideshow that shows the different outcomes of your decisions. If you count each slide as a separate ending, 200 doesn't sound far off. Skyrim does have procedural generation of quests, so it's true that you'll never run out of quests, even if they are kind of formulaic. I don't know exactly what you are referring to in Fallout 4,but you can effect the world in BGS games. That is a thing.
I mean most of this has been done before. I'm sure you've heard of no mans sky and star citizen. Fallout 76 wasn't really even that bad, just glitchy plus a large group of people just hated it because it was multiplayer. If there isnt an offical release I'm hoping the engine works in a similar way to skyrim because the Skyrim Together Reborn team should be able to make something work, hopefully they can make it a smoother experience.
Basically kinda like No Man’s Sky, but the star count is down to over 100 and planet count to over 1,000 which is understandable, considering the amount of detail and depth Bethesda has put into the planets, ships, characters, colonies and creatures, and not to mention you can create your own realistic ship which is PRETTY AWESOME!!!👍👏🤩CAN’T WAIT!!!

Honestly, I’d rather have just the one system, or maybe a couple where the main campaign is at. That’s it. There’s no need for that many systems and planets that will maybe be visited, and definitely don’t have enough things to do where it would make me want to stay, other than the view.
I don't see many similarities other than they are both space games. SC's scope is far more grand. Don't get me wrong Starfield looks good and I will no doubt play it. But SC is way more complex.
