    Thank you, once again Aneka for such a clear explanation. Alas, my machine only has a plain buttonhole.

      Hi Tracy, trying to work on some to launch this weekend. I have lots of things that have been filmed but needed editing and now need some small amendments. I have struggled to film in my new house in Darwin. I am getting an office space from the new year so this should help. Thank you for your continued support. Aneka xx

    Please kindly recommend some powerful home machines that can do keyhole buttonholes! :)

      Hello, I use my Bernina 790 and it does a good job at a Keyhole buttonhole. Most of the Bernina's I have used have done a good job, but it depends on your budget. That was one of the reasons I chose a Bernina sewing machine - the buttonholes are good. Otherwise I would head for an industrial? Aneka 😀

    Aneka, does the 350 also have the keyhole that has a little tail?

      Can you tell me the time in the video to what you are referring to? I am trying to rewatch it to work out what you are mentioning? I show the B350 (that's the silver machine), and then the black one is the 790.

    Is it possible to do a corded keyhole buttonhole, specifically with Tex 75 cord

    • @MadetoSew
      @MadetoSew  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It will really depend on your machine. I have used Tex 70 and Tex 30 with no issues on mine.

      @@zecariaa.h.gallardo157 I use my domestic sewing machine for buttonholes; Bernina 790.

    Can this machine do heavier layers? Even leather?

    • @MadetoSew
      @MadetoSew  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I use it on coats and on leather. The Bernina B790 is the machine I use most of the time (for my personal sewing).

    How much this machine

    • @MadetoSew
      @MadetoSew  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello, I have two different machines in this vode B350 and B790. You will need to check depending on where you are based. I think in pounds GBP the B350 is between £800 and £1000 (but it might have been discontinued). The B790 is more pricey as it does embroidery as well; about £5000-7000 I think. But prices and models are different in different countries! Aneka 😀
