Strange that the torque specs were given in Decanewton metre (DaNm) vs Newton metre (Nm). I pulled up service data and checked the actual torque spec from Mercedes, brake caliper to steering knuckle, IF its a M12 bolt its 115 Nm, IF its a M14 bolt its 180 Nm. Stabilizer bar nut, 98 Nm. Strut to body, aka top of strut, 33 Nm. Strut to steering knuckle, IF its a M14 x 70, 2 stages. Stage 1 is 120 Nm, then Stage 2 is 90 degrees.

You don’t have to compress a spring if it’s already installed on a complete set.
What happens if you don’t remove the brake caliper?
If you don’t remove it your won’t be able to remove there strut bolts
