  • Toyota has launched the GR Sport version of the Corolla Cross SUV in conjunction with its launch of the GR Garage models.
    Sold at a slight premium over the Cross V spec, but with full accessories plus a suspension tweak, plus GR accessories, the Cross GR Sport makes a great package for those whp want a sportier outlook.
    We managed to squeeze in a short drive and a quick showroom walkaround, and I believe it is something worth taking a look at.

    oh my god it is definitely worth it because it looks beautiful elegant and charming so this is my favourite variant sitting above the hybrid variant

    First!Really like the GR-S Cross exterior but a bit disappointed about not new 2.0 dynamic force engine.

      i think this dynamic force engine is enough despite doesn't have a hybrid engine

    Uncle, it will be more great, if you can include in the next video different between GR and Non GR model. Second during test drive can you add aditional maximum torque/speed it can go.last but not least, can show pro and cons between the competitors, since ur expert in car. Im big fan, just my humble opinion.

      We have already done the walkaround for the standard V spec, and those numbers still stand. The power train is identical, so hp and torque are the same, so no need to compare.
      Anyway, thank you for supporting our channel.
      For future videos, we will take heed of ypur suggestions.

      No test car as yet, but it is the same as Cross G.

      ​@@YSKhongDrivingalthough the engine is the same, the suspension and steering were tuned to sports mode, and performance bracing was added. I would presume these aspects would contribute some difference to the ride and handling? Hope your can organise a test drive to Genting. I read that the steering feel of the Corolla Cross lacks road feedback and isn't very accurate but people looking at a Toyota won't be putting handling as top priority so it won't matter too much I guess.

    other then Logo, all mentioned is the same, this is like V spec.. Gazoo Racing should be a performance package, what I see is all cosmetic, not even paddle shifter and digital display tachometer. .... ya... adding stiffener bracket.

      A set of paddle shifters would make it consistent with the Hilux GR Sport.

    Why to separate two suspension for normal and GR.....if the GR is best tested condition...then shall apply to model..😅😅

      This is dying features that will be missed someday….mine is electric type on civic rs and trust me, i hate it so much to be frank! The previous accord has it n served well by giving the best feedback n effortless for everyday use…just kick n go!

    if this Toyota cross grs got paddle shifters , extra hp and nm of torque i think it would be better grs car

    It'd be better if this had the same power as Corolla GR Sport (i.e. 3 liter-engine with 300 PS). Even Geely Coolray (Proton X50) seems to be more powerful than this.

      I know what ypu mean, but what you see is wjat ypu get, and a 300hp Cross may be priced very high.
