Me watching this at 3:27 am 😅 I have so many problems so these are my bad things I cant get a good sleep schedule. I just always look tired no matter what. Whenever i shower my hair is greasy the next day. I have no accessories. I do atleast have sprays! My mum wont let me get my nails done,i bite my nails and i have toe thumbs:( Im too poor to buy new clothes and I have a uniform. I dont have a lot of makeup and whenever i wear it anywhere my sister gives out that i shouldnt be wearing it. I have short greasy ahh hair. I do try drink enough water tbf. I try to exercise but I get made fun of for it. I will try to smile more. But i will try to be that girl!
I totally understand that you can not do some things because you are poor, but i have some suggestions!! First, fix your sleep schedule. This will help you feel better! If your hair gets greasy every day, then you can either wash it every day or do slick backs for when you don’t feel like washing. Or if you can buy it, dry shampoo can help. You dont need accesories to look put together! You mentioned you have a uniform. While accessories will help your uniform pop, you can do other things to help it look nice! Make sure your uniform is put together and not messy at all times. For example, if your tie is slanted or your shirt is untuck you can look messy! And for your nails, as a nail biter myself, try to not bite your nails! I used to be a bad nail biter but i beat it and now my nails are very long. I know its easier said than done, but if you have the urge to bite your nails just pretend to bite on them but don’t actually put your teeth through them. I know this sounds weird, but it helps give you the satisfaction of biting them without actually breaking them. You said you have makeup but your sister tels you not to wear it. I recommend to just ignore her, but if you aren’t allowed to wear makeup, dont worry because if you are put together you dont need makeup. If you are allowed to wear makeup, i would reccommend to use mascara, blush, and lip gloss. If youre older, you can use a lip liner, highlighter, or even foundation if youre ready. Just make sure makeup makes your good features pop and outshadows your features that you dont like. But you probably dont even need makeup! Its good that you already try to drink water! You mentioned that you try to work out but people make fun of you. Just dont listen to them because youre trying to better yourself and theyre still stuck on hating other people!

GIRLS I GOTTA SHARE AN AMAZING TIP FOR SCHOOL!! If ur a sweaty girl, ALWAYSSS keep antibacterial wet wipes in ur bag, body mist and deodorand becouse literally whenever you start to smell bad, especially after pe classes you just wipe sweaty areas with these ANTIBACTERIAL wipes and the bad smell is gone and fix it with the body mist and deodorant! Maybe a lot of people new about that but i wanted to share anyway becouse pe classes usually ruin everything and this helps
My schools uniform policy: no jewellery, no makeup, no nail polish, hair below collar must be tied back, hair must be natural colour (no highlights), obviously only wearing the school dresses and shoes
