i got this a year ago and form my experience, its feels nice when you're running, and its great for indoor court
It's not that safe if the lateral support extends that much. It is better the lateral support part is extended rather than depending on knit. This is prone to breaking ankles

Correct me If I'm wrong but the Lebron's are built for Lebron. From the way he plays to his size and weight. So if you are big guy, heavy and doesn't depend too much on speed and lateral movement then these are perfect. But if you are a smaller guy with a play style like Curry, Kyrie, Westbrook or Dame then pick one of their shoes. It will be more suited for you.
Westbrook and brons are similar not really any differences

I agree to disagree. Im a guard and i wear lebrons the most shoe that i use was 15! I think it always depends on comfortability

I was pacing backwards in a scrimmage in the Lebron 18 lows and the airmax part cushioned a lot and I fell backward. But otherwise the cushioning is pretty good
ventilation is one of the most important things to talk about in a shoe review ive had shoes that get so hot that my feet literally feel like they are burning
The 15 was the one where the pes had an outrigger but the public releases didn’t

Lebron 16s my favourite shoe super comfy and gives a boost in high with the bubble heel and I see a much better virt in my jump compared to Kyrie and PG
I have the jade empire colorway of the 18s and i love them...i'm not gonna play outside in them like a dummy...jk..but yeh i think it's Lebron's best shoe yet...the 17s are a close 2nd...i highly recommend them...

The cushion is great but they made it too high above the ground. Making it less stable.
I think the significant weight difference is because of the outsole's rubber ripping off.
When I first saw them, I hated them. But now I kinda like them.

@@luhhhza3yy221 not really good for side to side movements. Good for running up and down but feels like you can roll your ankle with lots of lateral movements.

Just got some of these new for $80. The only complaint I have is that the tongue scratches the shit out of my leg if I’m not wearing crew socks. Besides that, they’re great for casual wear so far. Haven’t played in em yet.

Copped a pair of the “play for the future “ colorway for $95. Might resell due to heel slip and The height and material of the tongue. Great shoe otherwise
Unless you're a bigger guy like Lebron, these seem to be better suited as a premium tennis shoe more than a basketball shoe - especially if used outdoors. S tier casual shoe, more like a C tier actual ball shoe

@@Slidefortrav i like the 15,16, and 17 more. Something about the look of the 18 is off-putting to me. I will say, I'm sure its a beast for comfort and impact protection though. That is what i love about Lebrons.

stability is relative. it seems to work just fine for the guy it was actually designed for.. even managed to win a title wearing it.

bron's shoes were retrofitted to have outriggers. if you are heavy relative to your shoe size. the lateral support is pretty much insufficient

I got a pair of these and the first day I wore them to school the middle air bubble on the tongue popped so that’s not good like to be fair it was a rough use but still they should be more durable there

How is the fit of the shoe? I ordered my correct size in the 17s but I should have gotten a half size bigger because it is a really snug fit. Are these similar?

You should try sliding in a Nike elbow pad/sleeve on the tounge like the ones Jordan and Kobe used to wear. I tried it recently and it adds a lot of padding on the tounge area

For me, The Outsole bubble has been fine but the Tongue bubbles no joke cracked/deflated after like a month of use (maybe worn 4 times), I’ve hear so many ppl complain about the same issue too
These aren’t really true to size fit. I am usually a size 10 or 10 1/2 and I got a 10 1/2 I wore them for a month and they haven’t stretched. Get a 11 if you have a foot size like mine
