Whilst the solo mode fell flat for me, still ty for having a play through. I think this video is the only solo play through on TH-cam thus far.

On the last path, they deployed a monstrous enemy (2 of them) so you would have had another shield and the points would have been 19 -19 which is still a lost. but closer :)

Very nice video! very nice work.
There are some small wrong plays, especially on Path 7 (i.e. Mouth could not go there, and Sting could not be attached to Pippin) but it it's the best video I saw in regards to the card game.

Loved the gameplay, thanks for sharing! I have my copy waiting on the shelf. Laughed at the part where the Aragorn player uses the ring and immediately after you use wording: "These two are mine still". where you claim the battlefields 😂 Must be the ring! + Liked the love you are giving for Gimli and his axe. Next expansion must be all about dwarves and their useless axes. 😅

Great playthough. I've been kind of on the fence since most reviews I've seen have been lukewarm. But I am convinced of the coop/solo potential. Already like the game for multiplayer.
And it reminded of the countless hours I've spend with your lord of the rings lcg playthroughs.
Yes!!! If you really enjoy the theme I think this one is a keeper. I won't ever get rid of it and am excited for the expansion coming later this year!

I got this base and the expansion.. I need to watch this a couple more times and get the mechanics basics down better.. reserves and actives and such.. please do more!

This game looks great, I'd like to check it out myself. One thing irritated me: as I am not familiar with the word "winnow", I thought, it is a typo and means "win now", which would make the game quite short.

Correct me if Im wrong, but I think you forgot to account for Sting's effect at the end, which would have made it a tied game.

Can you use Sam Action After you put him into reserve at round 1 ? I thought you need to wait till Round 2 to do that. Thx
Yup! You can't move then from reserve to a battleground in the same round but their ability is just fine!
I heavily dislike just how much is left for the player to figure out. Hoping for a revision that allows me to focus on my turns instead of figuring out what is feasible or useful for the bot
Totally get that! It worked for me but it did have quite a bit of overhead!
at 1:05:00 could the Mouth really have moved to the path? "Cannot be played or moved to a path if a Shadow battleground is active" - Umbar is a Shadow battleground.

hello i have a question what its ''is the path number below the scenarios max?'':P
So each scenario has a different max path number. For the one I played it was path number 9. If you play the fellowship it is a lower number, so that is why they say scenario max! Does that help?

The level I was playing it is 3 instead. Hard is 4 cards!

No you can play it with just one like a 2 player game. But you remove cards.

@@MeetMeAtTheTable I tried the dual mode on easy. My opening hand was all items. I lost 14-15. Tried again today in the trilogy mode on hard. It's more work, but the decks all work better that way. Plus the theme came out much more. I crushed it, something like 29 - 14. I think I got lucky. I can't wait to try it again.

I don’t have the solo play expansion, but isn’t using the ring an action? When you used it for the Dunedain deck you also immediately played a card (I think it was the Aragorn’s sword). I think the Mordor player would’ve played those last Orcs to Minas Tirith first (they had a chance of taking it before the sword was played)
