Bro KTM Duke 250 have a DOHC engine and it is BS6 phase 2 and for your kind information there is no BS7 introduced till date.

Haan meter pe jati hai 160 tak but 8-9 ka speedo error bhi rehta hai aur CBR 250R 181 tak jati hai lamba bhagane par aur usmai 17-18 ka error rehta hai.
