Hi if your coins are from pocket change they are circulated and are generally worth face value. A coin is only worth as much as a person will pay for it. That being said most collectors have circulated Madiba coins. That should not discourage you from collecting though, its a great hobby.

Any coins you get from your pocket change are normal circulation coins. They are not worth more than their face value. You can choose to collect them or spend them. They are not rare or scarce. If you collect them, perhaps some day in future a collector will want to buy them from you. But you must collect for the hobby and not the profit.
