hey it's a great tutorial sir. appreciate it. But how about i want to swap entire face include the hair style? is there any possibility with reactor? or is there any workflow for that kind of swapping?
If you have a v2.x.x version of numpy installed the install.bat file in the reactor folder will not work. You have to downgrade the numpy to the latest 1.x.x version with the following command in the CMD; pip install --upgrade numpy==1.26.4
It says that it has been install, but I cant find the Reactor in ComfyUI. I have this error in the CMD; To see the GUI go to: 127.0.0.1:8188 fatal: No names found, cannot describe anything. Failed to get ComfyUI version: Command '['git', 'describe', '--tags']' returned non-zero exit status 128. FETCH DATA from: C:\Users\Fredrik\Desktop\ComfyUI-Zluda\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-Manager\extension-node-map.json [DONE] The last line says that its fetching data from the comfyUI manager. Does this mean it over-write the newly installed reactor files thus thats why I dont see them in the ComfyUI?
Great tutorial. You ought to reduce your camera picture, because it covers too much of your screen recording. Also, please be aware how much you keep zooming and panning around and moving nodes for no reason, it’s very distracting.
i'm trying to face swap an image to a video where they are eating a donut. Everytime the person holds the donut over their mouth, the face overlaps the donut. This happens with hands too on other examples and it's really annoying. How can I fix this problem? Is there a setting i'm missing? or is it just not possible and you can only do stuff like the person walking/etc.

I just got GFPGANv1.3 and 1.4 and 1.4 doesnt work, it says: "ReActorFaceSwap unexpected EOF, expected 2054890 more bytes. The file might be corrupted." but all other options are missing, if i try to update, it says: "[SKIP] Downgrading pip package isn't allowed: albumentations (cur=1.4.18) [SKIP] Downgrading pip package isn't allowed: onnx (cur=1.17.0)" this is my current version [ReActor] - STATUS - Running v0.5.1-b2 in ComfyUI Thanks!

@@Huguillon in the \ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-Manager directory you can edit the config.ini by changing the last line security_level from normal to weak.

the node fails to download. i think it is a developer issue not a comfy issue. at least for now.

the fast face swap node doesnt exist for me even after following all of your steps. this reactor stuff is an absolute nightmare.
i dont have ultralytix in my models folder.....?
