Hoima district residents are electing the district chairman

Heavy rains have disrupted polling in Hoima District's electoral process for the LCV By-election.
The Electoral Commission is today conducting the Election of the Hoima District Chairperson to replace the former Chairperson Kadir Kirungi who died on March 17th this year in a motor accident on the Hoima-Kampala High Way in Bukomero Kiboga District.
Five people are vying for the seat and these are Uthuman Mugisa Mubarak of NRM, Moses Aguuda NUP, Patrick Musinguzi FDC, Vincent Muhumuza Savana Independent and Lenox Mugume also Independent. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition
