This video is really helpful, thanks! I'm about to do my real gcse exams in like 2 months, and I can be a very stressful student at times so with this and everything else such as support, I should do okay! Wish me luck 🤞
What do you do if you're too stressed to fall asleep? That's what happened to me yesterday. I only got to sleep for about 2 hours before my morning exam.
I TOTALLY agree It's a pep talk and a cathartic vid at the same time Magic frrr idk how he does it ( don't read into my statement, plss) Good luck with your life ( the ytber dude) and everyone reading the comments
thanks i have a exam tmmr before seeing this vid i was stressed and scared but now im confident, i think the reason for people being stressed is that they don't know if the exam is hard or easy it well depends on how confident the student is or not (example) i had a chemistry test and i was confident and i thought i was going to do well because i studied for a while, then i got the bad grades but it was too late..
There is a phenomenum which commonly occurs in me and some people that your skills and power before exam conditions are much more greater than when exams are close , so you would not exploit it fully. For example , you used to anaylse spending time and concentration . However due to stress and intense conflict , your analysing ability dosent show up -- the effect of dopamine on the body is really concerning. Please try to resolve this problem How can we manipulate our brain and body? -- especially in exam conditions?
I believe there are many ways to go about this one is to study and practice questions long before the exam and do some spaced repetitions and some questions as revision of that exam as it comes closer. This way, you'll have already known the types of questions that will appear on the exam and may have proven to yourself that your knowledge is enough to guarantee an at least okay grade. So spend the last few days before the exam revising instead of studying. This is at least what im trying to do right now. This also makes it so that you'll need to use less critical thinking and analysing skills as youve already practiced what should come up. Another i can think of is to accept that stress about the exam may be inevitable and to just not spend too much time on questions so that you can then later check and double check on them when youve already finished most of them and are more calm.

I think just still try and fall asleep, i know its not ideal but better then not gettng any rest
Try and use that 2 minute military technique to get you to sleep. I've heard it works like a charm.
try to think about something else - watch a show or someone and just think that right now the only thing you need to do is go to sleep
Awesome! Great vid~
