Oh my goodness, that living space is beautiful. Being a senior I think you should reverse the loft areas and make the side with the stairs the primary. It’s very nice.

Outstanding. Not a big fan of lofts due to aging in place issues, but everything was very well done.
What is the cost of the tiny, do you know?
How did you do it 14.4’ tall?? Road size is 13.6’. I want those 80” windows and 54” cabinets! But how can it be road legal at 14.4’?
The downstairs is beautiful, but as an older person, I really need a downstairs bedroom. Do you help to find a place to put the tiny house?

The craftsmanship of this model is exquisite! The living room is so elegant, yet homey. Ditch the lofts and add a main bedroom and it's perfect!

Not currently due to height restrictions to transport these down the road but we do offer non-lofted single level units as well!
Did Lou say this particular model is 14ft 2 inches? I was under the impression that RV can’t be taller than 13.5. For towing under passes. I like this. But….. the Columbia is isthe model to have!
You are correct this unit comes in at 14'2" on the exterior. This unit still fits under the bridges, overpasses etc. We have towed this unit up and down the West Coast a couple times without issue. But for the value and the space it is hard to beat!

Yes this unit has a mini split in it for both heating and cooling
How much? It would be nice if you could give us a base or starting price. A couple of miner changes and I would absolutely buy this baby. I love this home. I would have the loft with the step as a primary, and ditch the stainless steel and spring faucet. These are features that I just don’t care for. I think black appliances and white farmhouse apron sink would be the cherry on the top. I want one.😮

Can I hear about why is 14.4’ tall? 13.6’ is road legal in the US. How do you deal with overpasses when you deliver it? This is entirely confusing!
We have delivered these homes up and down the West Coast without issue.
Nice, but it's weird how bright and airy one side is compared to the TV side. Looks like a husband and wife that couldn't decide on one, cohesive house style. LOL
We did that so the TV area would have a theater like experience.
