When you make x bend joint twards the x... and alternate x to bottom wrist and top wrist. Focus on imobilizing wrist.. leave knuckles bare lol no joke

I would still advise to tape your hands for training. After taping hands it is a game changer with how much better your hands feel with tape and wraps

I have a 120 size wrap but because my hands are smaller than yours I had extra material to wrap. I made it work though. I just did a figure 8 around my hand until I got to the end and finished it by wrapping the last part around my wrist.

You go between you’r fingers because it holds the knuckle padding there when you slide ur glove on.
You don’t need it but it helps keep it in place
