I wish these interviewers would take the time to learn the correct pronunciation of Ms. Rashad's name. How can you sit across from a legend such as she and say 'Phyleeecia'? Ugh!! It's Phylicia!!! Lish, rhyming with fish.

What?! How do you know it's pronounced that way? I've only ever heard Phylicia pronounced the way he says it. So if hers is different, she must get that all the time.

Ok, I just listened to several videos and everyone, including her SISTER, pronounces it the normal Fu-LEE-sha way. So I think maybe you're confusing her with somebody else. :)
