If MLSS value of waste water collected in aeration is low, then what action to be taken

Bro, first to confirm whether required inlet sewage water is coming and air compressor is working...
If so, cow dung can be added to increase MLSS
• Keep the aeration on for 24 hr.
• Add urea & DAP to support the growth.
Can u say how much mlss is now there in aeration tank..
Also if required check with manufacturers
