A lot of Jehovah's Witnesses are held in by guilt over their own personal sin rather than knowing this is actually truth. Let's face it, when something is not 100% truth, it's not the truth. The truth is never not perfect. It contains lies or it doesn't contain lies. God cannot lie. Only Satan is the father of the lie, so it is truth from God, or it contains lies from Satan. Since I became inactive my mom and sisters still speak to me. I never told them why I stopped going. I just did not want to be a witness anymore. I also have two brothers and they stop also, but they were never baptized. My mom is deceased now and I was her caregiver. My dad was never a witness. I cannot tell anyone what to do, but maybe just fade and that way your family may still speak to you.
