    Feel a bit bad for Burnley. Kompany refused to change his tactics despite them clearly not working, was it because because he wanted to advertise himself as a manager rather than keep the club up?

      If you mean change the tactic by playing low block negative football then the answer is NO. Kompany got a philosophy.

      Just need to watch him to see he’s good and a good fit for England’s midfield. Southgate literally said this week they don’t have his profile. Not difficult is it

    • @stdread
      @stdread 26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @scottsaunders89 He is not the only one who is a 'good fit' though is he? If he played for anyone else you would call it laughable that after 20 odd 1st team games he starts for England

      Man of the match in an FA Cup final against City. Any comment?

    • @stdread
      @stdread 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @scottsaunders89 Nobody said he wasn't a good player Scott but I do remember Lingard doing exactly the same and being lauded by utd fans. Do you remember that? You want him to jump straight into the England 1st team after 20 odd 1st team appearances. The absolute definition of a bandwagon

      @@scottsaunders89 Mainoo starts and was generally rubbish while England lose to a team ranked 68 places below them in the world rankings. Any comment?
      I know you won't answer because you are too important for that but I just wanted to point out the childish stupidity of judging a player on a one off game and then trying to point score. Taking your utd bias out of it would make you a much better journalist

    59:24 even on the offside rule being about clear daylight makes no difference. If there’s a 1mm difference people will say that’s harsh

    So in that case Thomas tuchel can do that very well so Chelsea should call him back because he has an unfinished business at Stamford bridge

    I'm to a greater % convinced that the Chelsea ownership has no focus.This team has been pieced together for the whole season!! Everyone was new to each other until the last like five games, Poch was behind them to that last minute when now we could all see the chemistry in the team. He should have been given more time. Now a new manager new beginning next season, Chelsea fans be ready for another frustrating season next season

    This really isn't to be a dick, but there are about 10-15 brilliantly sourced articles about how Todd Boehly wants consistency and that he is the only reason Poch wasn't sacked in February.
    Eghbali wasn't a fan from early on and that was curtains.
    This is why fans get frustrated with people speculating without doing research, because sure, are they a basket case? Absolutely. However, it's such a joke talking about Americans and how they do sports and how Boehly needs to stop talking about the project when he's the only one seemingly set on consistency.
    Read an article or something. He clearly took Poch for dinner to give him his condolences and appreciation but it's clear the rest of the board were veto'ing him.
    It's the picking on individuals I hate when it's sourced information that's easily accessible and been around for 18 months.

    Chelsea are so toxic and unstable. They will have 5 managers in 2 years, that's ridiculous. Mckenna SHOULD NOT go there, best platform for him to improve and show his worth is Brighton.
