The Oceanic was not a Disney ship. It was a cruise ship owned by Premier Cruises back in the late 80s. Disney had an agreement with Premier Cruises to have Disney characters onboard but it was by no means a Disney Cruise. In the early 90s Disney stopped the agreement with Premier Cruises and then formed their own line. By 1998 Disney launched their first ship, the Disney Magic.

I think they should name the seventh ship either the Disney Imagination the Disney Adventure the Disney Party the Disney Experience the Disney Celebration the Disney Memory the Disney Thought or the Disney Chicago Bulls
Love those names but the last one doesn’t fit Disney only uses magical names

what the hell is Disney Oceanic. Disney Cruise Lines first ship was the Disney Magic. What kind of BS is this. Premier Cruise Line owned that ship and partnered with Disney for their characters to appear on across their fleet of ships until 1995. Also the ship was only named Oceanic not Disney Oceanic.

Yes. They built it in two seperate halves then they welded them together. The wonder was built the same way. The dream and newer ships were built in one piece though.
