    The Lotus Creek proposal sounds like an absolute shocker. The disgrace is beyond partisan politics.
    What's sane caring person could support this?
    Moratorium on wind and solar farms now, for God's sake.
    Coal or gas is preferable to this for the time being.

    How is clearing flora and fauna regions, special environments for wildlife, good for climate change energy sources when I thought that the policy of climate change was to preserve the natural environment for the good of the people and animals in the future- none of these policies and decisions by Plibersek make any sense 😤😤 leave these areas alone- the people should have a say on these major issues, not just these idiot politicians 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

      It's not. It good for them and their mates and political donors who have investments in "renewables". It will be interesting to see which companies are awarded the contracts to build and install these wretched eyesores like windmills and solar farms.

  • @caroliner2029
    @caroliner2029 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    What a kick in the guts to the beautiful heritage that is our wilderness and bushland!😠
    Once lost, it can never be recovered.
    Our koalas have no voice to parliament, but SHOULD have one. Our possums and parrot species all love the old knotty gums to give birth to babies and hatch their chicks. The native plant species growing there are all perfect for our Australian animals and birds to feed on and from.
    We don't want wind turbines!😡
    Great ugly monstrosities planted in tonnes of concrete!
    The bushland razed to the dirt, and wide logging roads will be made to get the monstrosities in place.
    When they break down, the blades will be tossed in the bush. This is how it is in Queensland, and Premier Plasticchook wants to do it to Chalumbin wilderness.
    Nick Cater's mini investigation shows it clearly. It's on ADH TV for anyone who's interested.
    Who will care when kangaroos are harmed by the wind turbines?
    The noise of the offshore monstrosities causes whales to be upset and get lost from each other, what if those animals on land?🇦🇺

    "It's truly heartbreaking for those who cherish Australia's unparalleled natural beauty to see how any Minister, entrusted with safeguarding our unique flora and fauna, could approve wind projects that place these silent destroyers in our pristine wilderness. These turbines, promoted as green energy solutions, disrupt the delicate balance of life and love on our Earth. Instead of nurturing the cycles that sustain us, they seem to punish us regular folks with endless regulations and unrealistic zero net carbon goals. Meanwhile, we witness the devastating impact on our beloved land, all under the guise of conservation."

    Don't be silly....the wind turbine towers are too smooth for koala's to get a good foot hold to climb....there's no leaves at the top for them to want to climb in the first place and besides, all the trees have been felled to make way for the turbines so the koala doesn't have to climb at all anymore!
